Do I need to register to use the apps?

No. Open any app and try it without an account. Create a free account to save your work and move results between apps.

Will Basic always be free?

Yes. Basic will remain free, permanently. It is not a trial and it will not expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro across the whole platform, once. When the trial ends your account moves to Basic automatically: nothing is deleted, no card is charged, and your saved projects stay exactly where they are. Upgrade to Pro anytime to regain access to Pro features.

What happens if my Pro subscription ends?

Your account moves to Basic automatically. Your saved work and project history remain available, but Pro features become inaccessible until you subscribe again.

Can I subscribe to individual apps rather than the full bundle?

Yes. Subscribe to Pro one GEAR app at a time from $8 a month, or get Pro on every GEAR app with the GEAR bundle. Column Designer has its own separate subscription.

Do you offer a discount for students or educators?

Basic is free forever and covers typical coursework, so most students and educators can use Eagle Eye without needing a special plan. Faculty are welcome to adopt Basic for their classes.

Can I upgrade from a product bundle to the full platform?

Yes. If you are already subscribed to one or more products, you only need to pay the remaining difference to upgrade to the full platform. Contact us to arrange the transition.

Does Bridge Express pricing work differently?

Yes. Bridge Express is a desktop application purchased as a monthly/yearly subscription through Eagle Eye. A 30-day full-access trial is available - email only, no credit card. Contact Us for purchase pricing and licensing options.
